On the other hand, declines may soon offset the gains - I wouldn't bank on seeing Lesser Spot, Tree Sparrow and Turtle Dove in 5 years time sadly. Our record was 128, but then there were only the two of us and such things as egrets, peregrines, buzzards and kites were not available in those days.
